Creep is a term that describes a constant load under a constant-strained deformation. This basically means that a ligament is stretched out to a certain length with a certain degree of force or pressure. As the ligament “relaxes” and begins to stretch, the initial force will have less impact on the ligament, as the ligament is now more relaxed and under less stress. As the ligament continues to stretch, we continue to apply the original force as the ligament continually lengthens, and compensate for the additional slack. By using “creep” it is possible to accelerate the lengthening of ligaments.

This form of deformation (in this case lengthening) will allow a man to get the most out of ligament stretching. As ligaments have a very poor blood supply, caution must be taken not to damage or injure the ligament. Since the blood supply is so low, it takes a very long time for ligaments to heal. So be careful.

If a ligament is stretched beyond [a minimum of] 5% of its length, it is possible to damage or rupture the ligament. But this is typically under a sudden severe force, such as trauma. When stretching ligaments, pay attention to what you are doing. Conservative stretching over a longer period of time, while taking time off for proper healing, is the best approach. Penis enlargement is not a game and should always be taken very seriously.

Creep works best when increased heat is applied during the force applied. Men can use a hot-moist towel before stretching to help soften up the tissues. However, it’s probably not hot enough to have any measurable difference in creep affects. A nice sit in a hot-tub would probably be more useful, but this isn’t at everyone’s disposal. A hot-moist towel, applied after stretching, is important, as it will increase vasodilation (increased blood flow) to the area and help the tissues to heal faster.
